Of course, you are lucky, if one of these days you celebrated someone's birthday, and there is still a lot of food at home, however, according to the law of filth, the guests will come not on that day. So, the situation turns out to be very unpleasant, and you risk becoming an inhospitable mistress in the eyes of hungry friends. But do not despair, because the output can always be found! We recommend reading the recipe for a delicious dish - the salad "Red Sea" with squid. And even if you do not find seafood in the fridge! Instead, you can use absolutely any fish, because the ingredients are perfectly combined with any taste. However, we will tell exactly the recipe with the use of squid in case the mistress is the one who lies in the freezer.

Such fish dishes are often referred to the category of salad cocktails, which are prepared portionwise and include exotic vegetables, fruits and, of course, fish. The salad turns out surprisingly tasty, it is sure to please your guests.

What do you need

To begin with, let's say what ingredients we need to make it. Take 300 grams of fresh squid, two ripe tomatoes, 200 grams of hard cheese, garlic cloves and mayonnaise. As you can see, the ingredients for the salad are very simple. Squids, as mentioned above, can be replaced by any mollusks or fish (especially if it is red) - the taste will not be affected by this.

Cooking process

Now let's look at how to prepare the "Red Sea". Salad is done very quickly, so you will have a little time before the arrival of guests.

First we boil squid in salted water. They should be cooked for about three minutes, because then the meat of any seafood (except fish) becomes rubbery and loses all flavor. In addition, the digested squid "takes in" a large amount of water and becomes not something that is not tasty, but too watery. To prevent such a failure, you need to clearly monitor the process of its cooking. As soon as the squid began to change slightly in color, you can turn off the gas and immediately drain it from it. Remember that such seafood will be delicious, even if they are undercooked. Now, when the squid is ready, we tell how to do the "Red Sea". Salad should be prepared immediately after the seafood was cooked.

Cut the squid into a little cool to make it easier to cut. Again, for convenience, it is preferable to cut straws. If you have already encountered this seafood, you can act as it is convenient for you.
