Rationalism is the wisest worldview

In modern psychological terminology, there are many definitions that we are not completely clear. Some are of historical origin, are based on experience gained in war, in negotiations; Others come from philosophical teachings, and therefore exist outside of time and space. Well, let's look at some of them.

Rationalism is a worldview that is fully based on an objective perception of the environment. As you know, everything that exists in our world, closely interacts with each other. This is manifested in the relations between people (business, official, hostile, etc.), in friendship with animals, in interaction with the flora, as well as with objects of inanimate nature (water, gas, oil, air). In this context rationalism is a sensible assessment of the qualities and properties of each of the above-mentioned elements, on the basis of which a specific subject performs his actions in relation to something or someone.

In this definition, the basic place is occupied by such a concept as impartiality. A rational person does not feel love for the beautiful, and exactly the same is not characteristic of cruelty. He cuts off from his consciousness any habits imposed by culture, does not obey the customs (most often the most ridiculous), is not involved in religion. Rationalism is calculating, it is the cognition of the world through its study. It is completely based on facts, not on spiritual impulses and prophecies.

In order to be clearer, we will provide examples of people who are rationalists. Among them, the overwhelming majority are skeptics who are convinced of the complete materiality of our world. All scientists, since the time of the Sumerians, were convinced rationalists. Today, their "generation" continues and replenishes, and, it is worth noting, so far, all scientific dogmas have demonstrated their truthfulness to us. There are also "non-known" rationalists - agnostics, perfectionists, materialists.

Now let's try to discover the principle of rationalism, which will enable us to understand the essence of the subject. First, it consists in the cognition of the world through experience, research, experiment, which is conducted on a material level. Everything that is visible and tangible exists, and there is simply nothing that can not be said about. Secondly, the world consists of material elements. Even the air is filled with atoms and molecules that function in a certain order. Chaos is unacceptable to rationalism, unlike poetry, music and other "ephemeral" arts and teachings.

A special place in our world is occupied by philosophical rationalism. Any skeptic will immediately say that such a term is absurd, since philosophy is characterized by a certain mysticism, a fixation on experiences, subjectivity, that is, everything that is opposite to a material worldview. However, even today this science was able to rationalize its currents, to divide them and to specify them. Each ethnos had its own philosophy, so to speak, a common one, which determined the spiritual orientation of the people and morals. In turn, each individual family and each individual has his own philosophy.

In general terms, we can say that rationalism is a worldview that is inherent only to intelligent people. It is also worth emphasizing life experience, which often shows that each of us is the only master of his destiny, his environment - both spiritual and material.
