Raspberry liquor at home: recipes for instant cooking

There are people who believe that raspberries are best eaten fresh. Others are sure that it is suitable only for making jams or decorating various desserts. Both those and others are right in their own way. But this can only be asserted by someone who has never tried to prepare a raspberry liqueur at home.

A total of five hundred

In the old days, all alcoholic beverages were prepared at home. It was considered to be the order of things. After all, then there were no large industrial enterprises that could supply the population with their products. Many recipes have come down to us, and now every housewife can easily prepare, for example, raspberry liquor at home. There is a way that you can call "All five hundred." For work, only three components will be needed: fresh raspberries, sugar and vodka in the ratio 1: 1: 1.

The way is simple, like all ingenious:

  1. Add fresh berries in a two-liter jar. If the products are taken from their own garden, then, naturally, they can not be washed.

  3. Cover the jar with a polyethylene lid and leave for one and a half weeks.

  7. Add both liquids together and allow them to infuse for a week.

It turns out a wonderful raspberry liqueur. At home, it is not difficult to make such a drink.

Simpler does not happen

If you do not want to burden yourself with laborious operations, then you can use a simpler method. With his help, you can also make a beautiful raspberry liqueur at home. True, it will take a slightly different amount of products: sugar, raspberries, vodka and water in a ratio of 1: 1: 2: 0.5.

Prepare such a drink, too, will be different:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a glass bottle and leave it for a whole month in a warm place. Once a week, the contents should be shaken gently.
  2. At the end of time, the sugar should completely dissolve. After that, the contents of the bottle must be filtered through gauze.
  3. The received liquid to pour on bottles and to give them a little more to stand. 6-7 days will be quite enough.

After this, the product can be considered ready for use. Everything is very simple. With this kind of work, even the one who has never been engaged in winemaking will cope. The taste of such a liquor is no different from what is sold in stores.

Waiting time

It is clear that the options described above are not recipes for quick cooking. For each of them it takes a lot of time. In the usual home kitchen, by the method of infusion and straining, you can even make cognac. Only this is also impossible to do in a matter of minutes. In addition, at least seven different components will be needed. But in life there is nothing impossible, and recipes for the quick preparation of liquors also exist. If you do not bother with the complexities of technology and close your eyes to quality, then you can try one of them. It will take only ordinary vodka and raspberry syrup.

Two liquid fractions must be simply combined in wine glasses. The quantity of each of them will depend on what strength of the drink you would eventually like to receive. Such a product can be called momentary. If you want a bottle of such alcohol to be in a home bar, then it will still take time. At least a month is necessary for both components to stand together and soaked in each other.

Alternative method

There is a similar recipe for raspberry liquor, where the original main ingredient (raspberries) is also not present in the recipe. First, fresh fruits must be carefully grinded, and then squeezed using, for example, ordinary gauze. There is no need to hurry. It is necessary to let the juice drain completely, so that the precious liquid is not wasted. After this, you can safely proceed to the basic actions, taking as a basis the following set of ingredients: for 600 grams of juice, a kilogram of sugar and a liter of alcohol.

The work is carried out in three stages:

  1. Juice together with sugar put in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. The action should be repeated three times, constantly removing completely formed foam.
  2. After cooling, add to the resulting syrup alcohol, and then strain the mixture.
  3. Ready to pour the drink into the packaging container.

Within a day, such a liqueur can be used for its intended purpose. Everyone who will try this miracle will be delighted. And no one will guess that they made it themselves.

Double flavor

Preparation of raspberry liquor can be conducted using not only berries, but also leaves. It will slightly change its taste and give the color of the finished product an additional saturation. The composition of the main ingredients in this case will be as follows: a bottle of vodka with 100 pieces of berries and raspberry leaves, a liter of water and a half kilogram of sugar.

The cooking technology is relatively simple:

  1. Berries along with the leaves are put in a saucepan, pour water and boil for a third of an hour on low heat. After that, the contents should stand still for another day.
  2. The next day the mixture must be filtered, add sugar to it and slowly heat until it dissolves completely.
  3. After cooling, pour the vodka.
  4. The finished composition is distributed in bottles and put in a bar.

Now for any holiday or when meeting guests on the table you can put a decanter of your own liquor, and be sure that he absolutely everyone will like. Such an autumn harvest, among other things, can also serve as a good remedy for the common cold.

"The master is the master"

There are many different ways and each for himself chooses how to make a raspberry liqueur. After all, you always want to somehow stand out and cook something that others do not even suspect. On such a case there is not quite a standard recipe: a glass of vodka as much boiling water, 300 grams of berries and half a can of condensed milk.

The way of preparation is also very interesting:

  1. Put raspberries in a saucepan, add water, heat and leave for 8-10 minutes.
  2. The mixture should be cooled, and then carefully strain so that the finished product does not accidentally hit bones or pieces of pulp.
  3. Add the condensed milk and whip the mass with a mixer with a special nozzle or blender.
  4. Without stopping, pour slowly the vodka.

This berry-cream drink should not be insisted. You can immediately pour into glasses and drink in small sips, enjoying a delicate taste and pleasant aroma. Such a work of art does not even need to eat anything. The main thing at the same time is to know the norm and not to overdo it with quantity.
