The water flow sensor is a device that regulates the pressure inside the water supply system. It is connected to the pumps through the nozzles. If we talk about the shortcomings of devices, it is important to note that they use very large channels at the output. For pumps with a power of up to 8 kW, the models are not uniquely suited. Devices for three cameras

Sensors for three cameras are connected to centrifugal pumps. The limiting compression force is very high. It is also worth noting that the models are made with short channels. Valves at them are applied rotary type. They are protected by a special membrane. If you believe the experts, the conductivity depends on the size of the camera. If we talk about the design, it is worth noting that in the market there are models with oblong fittings. They have an extremely low suction force. However, they can last a long time. In shops, devices with switches are very rare. As a rule, models for three cameras are produced with small cranes.

Models for low-power pumps

The water flow sensor for low-power pumps should only be selected among choke modifications. The indicator of the limiting pressure should be about 5 Pa. The protection system is welcomed by the P48 class. Many experts praise devices based on two cameras. They have a suction force of about 4 N. Relay modifications for pumps of low power are not suitable.

Modifications with vertical arrangement of plates

Devices of this type show themselves well at centrifugal pumps. They have good conductivity and there are no problems with increased pressure. However, do not forget about the shortcomings of the modifications. First of all, they often clog the channel. If we consider an inexpensive water flow sensor, then it may have problems with the valve. For normal operation of the system, it is more appropriate to select devices with 12 V output contacts. The protection system must be installed in class P55. Still experts say that the water flow sensor should be with a contactor switch.

Devices with a horizontal arrangement of plates

The water flow sensor for this type of boiler is suitable for a wide variety of pumps. Conductivity in models depends on the dimensions of the camera itself, as well as the channel. Additionally, the diameter of the union is taken into account. Many experts recommend installing two-chamber modifications. The pumping power in them, as a rule, does not drop below the 5N mark. The P50 series is often used for the protection system. All this shows that the manufacturer guarantees a high degree of sealing and overall reliability.

When choosing a device, it is important to evaluate the valve parameters. If it is made of ordinary plastic, it can not last long. Copper analogues show themselves well, but they are expensive. The main bulb of the sensors is made of plastic. Very rarely there are modifications with transient contacts. Relay modifications can boast of high conductivity. They are not afraid of overloading. And they use high-quality protection systems.
