The main thing is that Ms. Bronnikova has a huge amount of knowledge, and in many different directions. So, in 1996 she graduated from MVLomonosov Moscow State University. Lomonosov Moscow State University, where she studied at the Faculty of Psychology.

Exactly four years later, in the building of Moscow State University, the candidate's thesis of our heroine was defended. As the main theme of her work Svetlana Bronnikova chose the existing problem of female prostitution. In her project, the girl examined the object of discussion from the point of view of psychology.

It is interesting that simultaneously with the planning of the dissertation Svetlana was preparing to receive a Gestalt therapist qualification. And after a certain retraining in psychology, which was held in the premises of the former first Medical Institute, the author received long-awaited skills.

Theory, practice and experience

It's amazing that study did not limit Svetlana in her endeavors, but, on the contrary, gave her strength. Despite all the employment, she still managed to develop as individuals. She intensively engaged in self-education, and most importantly, she worked hard to learn her own inner world.

Practicing the same as a psychotherapist and psychologist Svetlana started before she got a diploma of a specialist. And some of them were written in Russian, the other in English and German, and the third in Dutch.

Where, how and by whom did she work?

So, she worked at the studio Podcast Records, where she taught everyone who wants the skills of the right psychological podcast. Later she was invited to various shows and programs, where she acted as an expert. And it concerned not only television, but also radio.

Still later Svetlana was carried away by original educational programs in psychology, having mastered them, she began teaching their basics at the Moscow University of Radioactive Waste. It is noteworthy that even this new hobby did not stop our heroine. In search of new discoveries and sensations the author went to work in one of the capital's psychiatric clinics. Blog and work on authoring programs

After a while Svetlana Bronnikova (clinical psychologist) decided to become a blogger and moderator of one of the most famous online communities Psy-baby, where the main theme was child psychology.

Since 2011, the author has become interested in problems of excess weight, as well as eating disorders. Carried away by the new theme, Svetlana reviewed a lot of popular science video, studied the work of famous European and domestic nutritionists, and conducted her own research based on the knowledge gained. As a result, she managed to develop a number of techniques, one of which will be discussed below.

Svetlana Bronnikova: "Intuitive nutrition"

So, one of the brightest techniques developed by our heroine is the project "Intuitive Nutrition". In it, Svetlana teaches you to do without diets and dispels the most common myths of losing weight.

As a basis of the method the author takes the natural need of the organism for food. According to her, you can eat everything, but only when you really want it. And progress will only occur if the person who wants to lose weight learns to distinguish between the real and false desires of hunger. According to the author, the last and force us to gain extra pounds. This technique Svetlana describes in detail in the eponymous book and audio files.

A couple of simple tricks from the methodology Bronikova

In her publication, Svetlana Bronnikova (Intuitive Nutrition, here and elsewhere) describes the essence of the method, and also gives advice on the simplest way to master it. For example, a psychologist gives one of the simple options that allow you to teach your body to listen to yourself. It consists in the following: first you are wondering about what you would like to eat right now (for example, you can not live without a chocolate with nuts), then you buy a certain stock of your favorite treat and start eating it when you want.

According to the psychologist, with this approach, first, there is a satiety of the body (you will no longer feel the need for chocolate). Secondly, new taste sensations are formed, which were not previously available. For example, you might want ordinary milk. Thirdly, such an exercise will allow you to avoid overeating afterwards, because if you do not have control, you will buy a mountain of chocolate and eat it.

In her book Svetlana Bronnikova ("Intuitive Nutrition" - one of the first serious works of the author on the topic of combating obesity) also raises the children's theme. In it, she learns to correctly identify the needs of the child, monitor its nutrition and taste preferences. For example, before dinner it is worth asking the baby what he wants to eat. At the same time the process of searching for a particular dish can be turned into an exciting detective game. For this purpose, the child's parents will have to ask certain questions in the style: "Is it going to be something liquid or something that can be poured into a flat plate?", "Does it have eggs or meat?", Etc.

Listen to your inner self

Svetlana Bronnikova is sure that it is practically impossible to achieve an ideal figure without knowing one's inner self. That is, if you have already eaten and still sit at the table, try to find out what this is connected with. Are you really not satisfied, or just want to talk with members of your family, also gathered for dinner.

Learn to love your reflection in the mirror

One of the most important psychological techniques, the author believes, is to increase one's own self-esteem. To do this, you need to look regularly in the mirror and study the details of your body. According to the expert, any forms need to get used to and love yourself the way you are.

It's not worth chasing new-fangled diets, exhausting yourself with hunger. The same applies to sports. If, for example, the morning run does not cause you to raise your mood, and all the exercises during warm-up cause only negative emotions, this kind of physical activity is not suitable for you. "Such sports," says Svetlana Bronnikova (psychologist, photo of her can be found above in the text), "will not bring the right results. On the contrary, by making certain movements through force, you will often become shy from the load and skip training. "

Get used to your weight

In the opinion of the therapist, do not rush to lose those extra pounds. In particular, it concerns the summer time, when many people urgently want to get rid of what they have eaten in the winter. On the contrary, you should get used to your own weight. Reason like this: "If my weight today is like this, then it fits my body and corresponds to the norm".

Are there any contraindications for Bronnikova's technique?

From Bronnikova's story it follows that according to her methodology, absolutely anyone can participate (without any restriction on age and weight category). And the author is sure that the system of intuitive nutrition exists for every person from birth. That's only over time, these settings are lost.

However, in this method, the author says, there are exceptions. In particular, this refers to people who have an increased level of anxiety about their body weight. Such individuals, rather, will starve themselves, rather than agree to recover at least a couple of kilograms.

But even with such people, the therapist-psychologist considers, it is possible to consult only at the complex approach. That is, in addition to setting up a nutrition system, such individuals need to undergo a course of psychotherapy. It is this treatment that Svetlana Bronnikova strongly recommends. "Intuitive nutrition" (reviews about this method can be heard mostly positive) - this is a system that fits all.

What feedback can you hear about the power system?

The power system invented by Svetlana, according to some users, is an excellent alternative to diets and physical exertion. It does not force you to limit yourself in any dishes, to starve and quickly gives results. Some devotees of the technique, described by Svetlana Bronnikova (psychologist, whose reviews are usually positive), she allowed to get rid of 10-13 extra pounds.

However, negative reviews on the Web are also present. Some users note that the method did not suit them.
