Podolskaya OPG: leader and stages of formation

In the early 90's, when representatives of the new government did not disdain to conduct friendship with criminal authorities, the Podolsk OPG was one of the most influential and authoritative structures in the criminal world of Russia. Its strength also inspired confidence: about two dozen leaders and five hundred people who are ready to carry out any order from above.

History of creation

Podolskaya OPG is the brainchild of a man who is known as Sergei Lalakin. But some assure that it was not he who was at the source of the creation of a gang that operated on the territory of Podolsky and a number of other districts of the Moscow region. Sergei Lalakin only consolidated several criminal cells into one.

But it was with him that the Podolsk OPG began to gain strength. But initially its sphere of activity differed little from the sphere of activity of other gangs. In the early 90's, virtually all groups began with a game of "thimbles" and racketeering. Subsequently, many of the "Podolsky" received a period for extortion. The above-mentioned gang went through the same problems as other criminal groups. Inside the structure, the struggle for power has repeatedly flared up, but the winner in it was Sergei Lalakin, nicknamed Luchok. They say that he received it for what he once worked part-time on a vegetable base. What about it is known?

Leader

Any details of the biography of criminal authorities of the 90's are difficult to find. Today those of them who survived are respectable businessmen owning restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and other assets. And in this sense Sergey Lalakin (Luchok) is no exception.

However, he still in the years of becoming at the helm of the Podolsk OPG chose the image of a law-abiding entrepreneur. But it was later. And first he graduated from school, then vocational school. Then Lalakin Sergey Nikolaevich gave his duty to the Motherland, having served in the army in the landing party.

Work experience

After demobilization, he worked as a butcher for a while, then worked at a vegetable base and sold onions. But his young man got his first big salary by doing another business. And it is by no means legal. Lalakin Sergey Nikolaevich chose this or that currency exchange point, approached him and offered people to make an exchange at a favorable rate. The whole point of the enterprise was that in the bundle of money that Luchok gave in exchange for dollars, only the upper and lower bills were real. But after a while, this occupation bored him, Lalakin switched to racket. By that time he managed to rally the team around him, so it was not a difficult task to get the money out.

So there was Podolskaya OPG. For the most part, he was subordinated to young people without work. Initially, they were led by Sergei Popov (nickname - Pop), but he sat down for extortion, and young Urkagans were under the authority of another authority - Nikolai Ignatov.

But he later retired from business, and managed to unite the youth Luchku, who was favored by the famous Moscow authority Otari Kvantrishvili.

Things are going uphill

By the mid-1990s, the Podolsk organized crime group had become a strong and authoritative organization. By that time, she controlled the business not only in Podolsk, but also in Serpukhov, Chekhov districts of the Moscow region. Commercial points located in these territories, including shops, banks, oil companies, producers' centers, paid a "Podolsky" tribute. Serge Lalakin's authority was seriously strengthened, Otari Kvantrishvili and Yaponchik began to listen to the opinion.

The figure of Solodovnikov

It is known that Luchok for expanding the horizon of business often used the services of representatives of law enforcement agencies, not at no cost, of course. For example, a great public response caused the connection of the leader of the Podolsk OPG with a certain Sergei Solodovnikov, who headed the 5th section of the Office of the threat of the Moscow region. Some sources claim that this official in uniform was Luchka's right hand. The result of Solodovnikov's cooperation with Podolsky was the cover of commercial companies, whose profile was the purchase of imported consumer goods and food products.

And Solodovnikov himself stated that he is a friend of Sergei Lalakin, positioning as a patron, and categorically rejected rumors about his criminal cases.

Who is he today?

Noteworthy is the fact that at present Sergei Lalakin is a law-abiding citizen and a successful entrepreneur. He proudly wears the title of Honorary inhabitant of the city of Podolsk. The businessman is a co-founder of several large commercial structures, including the Central International Tourist Complex, Orcado, Metropol, Anis, Soyuzkontrakt. He is also the owner of the football club Vityaz. Sergei Nikolaevich is the head of the Board of Trustees of the Heritage Foundation. Even at the beginning of zero, he actively began to engage in charity.
