Pistachio: calorie and useful properties

The product itself contains substances that block its assimilation. At the same time, passing through the intestine, they are able to provide a cleansing effect, relieving it of harmful deposits and slags.

In nuts, the content of tannin is very high. In a large number of them there are vitamins of group B.

Quite often, these nuts are included in the diet of sick people to maintain their vitality. In this case, only salted pistachios are not used, because the excessive salt content can not be called useful.
