Petřín Tower in Prague: how to get there?

General information about the hill

This tower is constructed of steel. The weight of the construction, sponsored by engineers Julia Souchka and Frantisek Prashil, is about 170 tons.

The height of the tower is 60 meters. In 1953, after the television antenna was reinforced on it (the first relay station in the Czech Republic that operated before 1998), the height of the structure increased by 20 meters.
