Pasta from polby - healthy food on your table!

In modern agriculture, spelled are grown without the use of fertilizers, which ensures the preservation of useful substances in grains.

Because of the unique composition of the poultry called "black caviar of cereals", because by the volume of vitamins, useful trace elements, it is noticeably ahead of the wheat. The grains contain vegetable protein (25-37%), unsaturated fatty acids, fiber, B vitamins, amino acids and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, copper and others). Useful substances in grains are not destroyed even after heat treatment. So pasta from polby in its properties are not inferior to products from bran and whole grains.

Indications for use

Macaroni from polby can replace a number of dietary products. This sort of cereal is recommended for people with weakened immune system, obese, intestinal disorders, respiratory system diseases, chronic over fatigue, high blood pressure, and also for those who constantly experience mental and physical stress.

The inclusion of products from the polba in the daily diet helps in the following:

Spelled noodles have a dark color and are used in a large number of dishes - from soups to casseroles. To prepare it you need a lot of boiling water. After cooking, pasta from polba needs to be rinsed with cold water and add oil so that they do not stick together. Excellent complement this product with a variety of gravy and sauces.

For 1 large portion of the dish, you need 200 grams of macaroni to boil in boiling water for 10 minutes, then throw it back in a colander and rinse under running water. Then they add 1 tbsp. Spoon of olive oil and gently mix.

Sauce "a la pesto" is prepared as follows:

  • 2 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil.
  • 50 g of a solid son (Parmesan).
  • 5 tbsp. Finely chopped fresh basil or 2 dry seasonings.
  • 50 g of pine nuts.
  • 3-4 drops of lemon juice.
  • 2 cloves garlic.

All products are mixed in a blender, and the resulting sauce can be filled with fried pasta.
