Eggs mixed with milk and salt and beat with a fork, but not in foam, but in such a way that the mass became homogeneous. Ready omelet mass pour into a mold and bake in a heated to two hundred degrees oven for about thirty minutes. In the first ten minutes after you put the omelette to bake, in any case, do not open the oven. Otherwise, it will fall off and will not taste good. To prepare this omelet you will need eggs, milk, some salt, fresh herbs, fresh celery, tomatoes and canned green peas.
