In October, the fourth kindergarten "Watercolor" was opened. There remained a couple of vacancies - teachers and their assistants are needed. Why does it take so long to find suitable candidates? Outsiders are not allowed to enter: only the best teachers work here, says Tatiana Klyushnitsina, director of "Watercolor".

The first kindergarten was opened in 1994, during this time we have earned a lot of respect and confidence among the citizens of Novosibirsk. We have a very strong team: all teachers with higher pedagogical education, music is taught by a graduate of the conservatory (we have children playing Edvard Grieg, some children understand classical works better than their parents), choreography is taught by graduates of the choreographic school. With children not only speech therapists, but defectologists, are involved. Educators in the group of in-depth study of English - graduates of the Pedagogical University, graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

- How do you determine how well educators know English?

- We have a contract with the language school "Lingua": once a week with a child is engaged in a native speaker (now it's an African American). If the tutor does not have enough knowledge, it will be difficult for her to communicate with this teacher.

- How do the children relate to the dark-skinned teacher?

"They love him very much!" He is a psychologist, he knows how to work with children. One girl said that she would like herself the same beautiful color of skin.

- What difficulties do you face when recruiting staff?

- We opened in October, but there are still some closed positions. A lot of people wishing to work, we conduct interviews constantly. But finding a suitable candidate is not easy: you will not trust everyone to work with children. What kind of candidates did not exist only: some smoke, others come with long nails, bare belly or deep decollete. But the teacher should not look like that! Some chew gum during an interview. And as they say! Very many candidates "zvonat" and "lie down". We do not need such personnel.

- Who should I trust to raise children: Arina Rodionovna or Mary Poppins?

- We are very selective towards the age of applicants. We have several educators with experience in the orphanage, in public gardens. They are very nice to children, but some have an imprint of "sovkovosti", I do not want to trust them with children. In general, I really like young people, I take them right after the university, I'm interested in teaching them. I like working with those who already boxed at the store and realized that I did not study for five years at the university. These guys give themselves to the profession sincerely and completely. True, there is a shortcoming in the young team: they often leave for the decree. But an assistant educator, in my opinion, should have life experience, raise their children. A wonderful example is our employee Maya Vladimirovna. To her of 65 years, all life worked as the teacher of history, well-groomed, house, sedate. Looking at her, and do not believe that she has ten years of retirement.

" Would you accept a man?"

- We have several men working for us. I would very much like to have men working with preschool children, but unfortunately they are not enough in the profession. But choosing between a man and a woman, I will give preference to someone who has professionalism higher.

- How much do your educators earn?

- Pedagogy is not a financial structure or a trading network: you will not make big money, but we can compete on wages and with some networks. Educators receive from 15 000 rubles (already after deduction of taxes). Plus a reduced price. If the tutor works three years without maternity leave, her children are accepted on preferential terms. In general, for people who have worked for a long time, there are preferences, including a higher salary.

As a rule, parents have a high level of culture and education, they behave very dignified. But we also build relationships so that educators are not governesses or nannies. I immediately warn my parents: our kindergarten with established traditions. We have boundaries for children, there is no permissiveness. If you think you paid and will order music, you are mistaken.
