New subway scheme: Moscow 2015-2020

At present, the metro is the most developed and convenient transport network. Multimillion cities are trying every year to increase the number of stations, expand routes, create more convenient conditions for overcoming distances underground. Not the last place in this race is the capital of our homeland - Moscow. We will dwell on it in more detail. Consider the situation typical for today, and evaluate the prospects for development, which involves a new metro scheme.

Get down ...

Changes in the subway can be seen most clearly through the metro map. For comparison, we will analyze the schemes of different years. It is interesting to recall how the metro was back in the days of the Soviet Union, back in 1935. The first subway scheme looked like this - see the photo below.

The movement was carried out only along one line and it was from Sokolniki station to the Park of Culture. The length of the entire route was about 12 kilometers. The first underground road had one branch, it departed from the Okhotny Ryad station and closed at a point called Smolenskaya. Two years later it was extended to the Kievskaya station.

We must admit that the construction of underground railways has acquired a rapid character. Almost every year the scheme was replenished by new stations, and already in 1938 the second line of traffic was launched. Immediately after the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, large-scale planning began on the construction of the ring road, and in the winter of 1950 the first train was launched. A new subway scheme was available for passengers, with five stations following the ring.

Second half of the twentieth century

Let's look now at the end of the twentieth century. Construction is carried out all in the same global dimensions, the expansion of the underground communication system is going on in an enhanced mode. The city is built, growing, actively populated, so a developed transport system that could easily and quickly deliver a passenger to any end of the city is simply vital.

It is interesting that the customary version of the metro scheme was made in the 80s of the last century. Over time, it underwent some changes, was supplemented and reprinted when new stations appeared, but, in general, its main design was preserved.

Metro scheme 2015

The 21st century was marked by no less discoveries in the metro area, new metro stations are appearing. The scheme of subway transport routes in 2002 for the first time crosses the border of the capital and extends beyond the Moscow ring road, the station "Bulvar Dm. Donskoy. " At the end of next year, the Butovskaya Line opens, and a year later a monorail transport system is launched in the North-Eastern Administrative District.

Now let's look into the near future. Under the plan and the order of the Moscow Government, the new Metro 2015 scheme will look something like the one shown below.

The project provides that the transportation lines will be significantly unloaded. To work, in different cases and to any destination, residents of the capital and its guests will be able to reach without crushing and crushing in crowded cars. Underground will receive a number of advantages over other modes of transport: the passenger flow in the morning and evening hours will be reduced, due to the extension of some branches, transport lines will be unloaded, which will allow more free movement. Transitions connecting close stations will become more convenient and shorter. The route scheme will be improved, so it will not be necessary to go to some stations with two or three transplants. In the stations with one output, additional doors and turnstiles will be installed. Due to the lengthening of underground roads, the extension of routes outside the Moscow Ring Road and the appearance of new metro stations, residents of remote areas will be able to travel to the capital and back without "shifting". For example, in Mitino can be reached in just 30 minutes.

Moscow-2020

It is difficult to talk about the distant future, but, according to the projects, it is possible to say with confidence about the following changes that the new metro scheme will undergo. Moscow 2020 on it will look like in the photo below.

According to the projects under discussion, the underground network of roads will expand even more. New stations will appear on it, which are also planned to open in the territories that are attached to the Moscow region, too. Only this year will be allocated more than 100 billion rubles for the development of the subway. When, where and what points will be opened, the Moscow Government will decide in accordance with the presented plan for the development of the Moscow subway. Also, the new metro scheme will please many passengers with the opening of the second exit at some stations where it is required (Sokolniki, Komsomolskaya, Pobedy Park), and the extension of Solntsevskaya, Butovskaya and Zamoskvoretskaya metro lines until 2020.
