  • After 72 hours, the sugar crystals will be ready, the remaining syrup will need to be poured;
  • Leave the crystals still for a while, so that they dry well;
  • After complete drying the thread needs to be cut off - the dish is ready!

Uzbek sugar nawat, useful properties of which have been known since ancient times, enjoys special popularity in our days. This is due to the fact that the delicacy is not only a pleasant taste, but also its beneficial effect on the body.
