Mukachevo, whose attractions are astonishingly numerous, is the real gem of the Transcarpathian region. Palanok has an unusual location and is a romantic and mysterious castle of the Middle Ages, which has been wonderfully preserved to the present day. Later, by order of the Ugric King, László I, in their place, built a stone castle, which over the centuries has undergone many reconstructions and completions. As a result of all these manipulations Palanok has turned into one of the mind-blowing masterpieces of fortification architecture. The fate of this object was also complex. He was not once in the epicenter of various sieges, but always came out with honor from such battles. And today it pleases tourists with its ancient inaccessibility and mighty grandeur.

The city of Mukachevo, whose attractions can be listed all day, is known for its Catholic church of St. Martin. St. Martin is considered to be the patron saint of the city, therefore in his honor at the beginning of the 20th century a Catholic church was built on the site of the ancient Gothic church.
