MPO-50: description, purpose, principle of operation

Operating principle

Processing of grain heap begins with its arrival in the distribution screw. Here, the products are evenly distributed over the entire width of the moving mesh conveyor, which is assisted by a shaker. Seeds pass through the lattice together with finely dispersed contaminants, and the coarse dust is carried away from the machine by a separate stream.

Purified in MPO-50 from large contaminants, the mass enters the suction channel, where the fan, pumping air pressure, selects small particles and sends them to a settling chamber. The grain is not carried away by air currents, but by gravity it enters the next machine of the stationary line.

To adjust the cleaning process, adjust the throttle, which controls the pneumatic pressure pumped by the fan, and install a mesh conveyor with a different diameter of the cells. The "honeycombs" are smaller, the better the treatment is.

The machine for preliminary grain cleaning MPO-50 has proven itself in a complex with primary purification stations ZVS-20 or BIS-100 installations. Together they are used both in the full cycle of cleaning grain, and before drying them for storage.
