Over the past decade monolithic frame construction has acquired the status of a leading technology in house building. Technological process

A monolithic frame house is built by erecting structural elements from a concrete mix using special shapes called shutters. Monolithic frame house is less susceptible to rainfall due to the lack of joints characteristic of panel houses, which are justifiably considered their weak point. The entire work process takes place on the construction site when using concrete pumps feeding the mixture to a height of up to 100 meters, as well as to hard-to-reach places. This facilitates the production cycle, as it excludes the intensive use of heavy equipment, which is necessary for the erection of panel houses. In addition, with high-quality work execution, wet processes are not required: ceilings and walls are almost ready for subsequent finishing.

Erection under adverse conditions

Due to its technological features, the monolithic frame house is highly resistant to man-made and other unfavorable environmental conditions, and also has good seismic resistance. In the presence of complex geological factors, for example in earthquake-prone areas or on subsidence grounds, the frame house is one of the optimal options. In conditions of water-saturated soil, this technology is the only one that allows you to build a house with a basement under the condition of waterproofing works.

According to experts, at the moment, among construction technologies there is nothing better than a monolithic frame house. Disadvantages of it, if they arise, it is only because of incompetent construction process, during which all the necessary norms were not observed. The consequence of such negligence can become uneven walls, and intensive shrinkage, and cracking, but with the proper construction process, such problems do not occur.
