Monarchy is one of the many forms of government in which a person is ruled by one person, transferring power by inheritance. Such countries are currently Brunei and Qatar. Absolute theocratic monarchy is a separate kind of considered form of government. At the head of such a country is religion. Of course, every person in the world knows a monarchy with this kind of government - the Vatican. The second such country is Saudi Arabia.

If the power of the ruler of the country is limited by the constitution, then the monarchy is called constitutional. The English monarchy is the most famous example of this type of government. In addition to it, the list of countries with this form of leadership includes Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Monaco, Thailand and another 29 countries.
