If you want to whiten all the teeth, do not forget to check their condition first. With caries, fissures, hypersensitivity and high erosibility, this procedure is prohibited. But at home, even without buying special funds, you can whiten teeth a little. For this purpose, use soda, hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice. The main thing, remember that all this can significantly increase the sensitivity and damage the enamel.
