Methodical work in the school is a pedagogical system for sharing best practices and activities that are aimed at improving teaching skills and developing the creative approach of cadres in general. In a complex, this contributes to the achievement of a higher level of education and upbringing of schoolchildren.

Educational and upbringing activity consists of certain areas and represents intraschool activities in the classroom and educational work in the second half of the school day, which is usually conducted by the administration and teachers. Extra-curricular activities conducted for the correct application of the creative potential of students are considered no less important than classes directly in the school hours.

The main purpose of the work of methodological associations in the school is to assist teachers in improving the training system and in the favorable development of the educational process.

Forms of methodical work in school:

  • Individual (consultations, self-education, internship);
  • Collective (joint creativity, innovative activity, development of modern technologies, exchange of experience and knowledge).

If the methodical work at the school is well organized, this is reflected in the improvement of pedagogical skills, which in turn turns school work into a single whole. That is why in modern educational activity it is necessary to constantly use new technologies, forms, methods of teaching and upbringing.

Analysis of the methodological work of the school provides the following questions for further study:

  • Diagnostics and quality of students' knowledge;
  • Work of teachers on self-improvement;
  • Choice of methodological support for teaching;
  • The development of educational activities.

The educational and educational plans must necessarily reflect the forms of methodical work in the school. They specify goals in order to improve the quality of knowledge and teaching, teaching and improving the educational process. All this is aimed at developing the personality of the student.

Methodical work in the school involves familiarizing teachers with innovations in pedagogical activity, with normative documents and special educational literature.

The MoD consists of at least three teachers in a particular subject or in one educational cycle: humanitarian, mathematical, geographic, etc. The director personally creates the MO, and the deputy for teaching and upbringing supervises his work. Also, the director personally appoints the head of the association, which organizes the work of teachers according to the prepared planning. In the school year there should be a minimum of 4 meetings and one seminar.

Planning activities should start by making a report on the work of the MoD, and then an analysis of the methodological work of the school over the past year. The main tasks are set for improving the system of teaching and teaching, for improving the educational process, the main direction of which is the development of the child's personal qualities. The formulated plan should reflect all the needs and tasks of the school, it is a program for achieving the set goals, which clearly indicates the activities of the teacher.

Methodical work in the school provides special subject weeks and constant work on the self-improvement of teachers, increasing their professional skills (especially the young) and the quality of preparation and conduct of lessons, the use of advanced scientific technologies and the introduction of new methods of education and training.

The work plan emphasizes the main priorities of school education, such as the quality of teaching and teaching, and the improvement of the educational process.
