Literature as a kind of art, its genera and genres

Literature as an art form uses the word to create artistic images. This is a universal tool for creating, mapping and recreating reality. Words give the opportunity to embody a holistic artistic image or picture of the world, obtained by influencing all human organs of perception: touch, hearing, smell, sight and taste. Literature is interested in the phenomena of nature and society, social issues, psychological and spiritual problems of personality and much more that exists in the real world. The system of literary genera and genres reflects these or other aspects of reality through dramatization, epic narrative or lyrical immersion.

Classification of literature can be carried out by dividing into artistic, scientific, educational, historical and reference. In addition to these, there are many other kinds of literature and new ones are constantly emerging.

In turn, fiction as an art form is divided into the following genera: epic, lyric and drama. Epic includes such genres as epic, novel, novella, story, story, etc. The lyrics include a poem, a ballad, a poem, etc. Drama is a tragedy, a comedy, etc.
