To prepare this delicious snack, we need the following set of products: three hundred grams of baked chicken fillet, two fresh tomatoes, one hundred grams of Mozzarella cheese, a cucumber, a bunch of parsley, a salad of rucola and 10 leaves of green salad. As a filling will be used balsamic vinegar (3 large spoons) and peanut butter (you can take olive or vegetable).

Step-by-step recipe

We clean the skin of meat, pepper and salt it, wrap it in foil and send it to bake for half an hour. Cucumber cut into strips, tomatoes - semirings. Salad handmade, chop parsley finely. Divide baked chicken into fibers, mix with vegetables and cheese.

The recipe for the steps

  • First we'll marinate meat. We cut the fillets into cubes, put it into a deep container, add soy sauce, juice of one orange, a little bit of zest, salt and olive oil. Stir in the marinade and leave for half an hour.
  • Leaves of corn and green salad is well washed, add to them sliced into slices of figs and poured with vinegar - let it soak for several minutes.
  • Rinse the fried meat and chill it.
  • Mix the fillet with ½ figs and leaves, put a slide into the center of the plate. Then add the remaining figs, orange slices, grated cheese, zest and mix.
  • For filling, we use oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. For decoration, take green leaves of Chinese salad and lemon slices. Here's an unusual salad turned out.

Chicken with green beans, rice and nuts - a festive snack

Ingredients :

  • Two chicken breasts;
  • Five leaves of Chinese salad;
  • Frozen green beans (five hundred grams);
  • Two hundred grams of rice;
  • Fried peanuts (50 g);
  • garlic;
  • The head of a red onion;
  • Soy sauce (3 large spoons);
  • Carrots, black peppercorns, bay leaf;
  • Light mayonnaise or sour cream.

Let's start cooking. Fill chicken with cold water, we send mugs of purified carrots, bay leaf, pepper and salt, put on fire. In a separate bowl, boil the rice. Similarly we do with beans. Peel the peanuts, cut the onions into small cubes.

In the plate we add the finished and chopped chicken, the leaves of Chinese salad (tear), beans, rice, squeezed garlic, peanuts. Pour soy sauce and add mayonnaise, stir.
