If it is necessary to make any changes to the plan, they must be confirmed by the cadastral engineer's signature and stamp.

It is forbidden to use a pencil, drawing up the sections of the boundary plan, especially the graphic part. Absolutely all the records in the plan must be executed in Russian, except in the cases stipulated in advance. All figures in the plan should be written in Arabic numerals.

The document should be made on paper in A4 format, an exception is made for some chapters of the graphic part. Numbering of sheets should be through. All documents included in the application should not be numbered. If the materials could not be placed on one sheet, you can transfer them to the next one. The total number of sheets should be indicated on the title page.

The boundary plan from the legislative point of view

It is recommended that you provide a receipt for payment, otherwise documents for registration will not be accepted. According to the existing legislation, registration of property rights must be carried out within 18 calendar days from the date of submission of all necessary documents.
