Origin

The genus Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky is one of the oldest and most respected in Russia. Starting its history from the XV century, it includes the arms of the Romanov, Tolstoy, Pushkin and Odoyevsky. His real name is Andrey Sergeyevich Konchalovsky. Friends often called him Andron, and this name entrenched him for life.
