Lunch: one raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Dinner: two apples.

Day 4

Breakfast: natural black coffee

Lunch: 1 large parsley root or parsnip, fried in vegetable oil, 1-2 medium apples.

Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 200 g boiled beef and 150 grams of vegetable salad from fresh cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Day 5

Breakfast: raw grated carrots, seasoned with lemon juice.

Lunch: 250-300 g of boiled (you can fried) fish and one glass of tomato juice.

Dinner: 100 g boiled (you can fried) fish and 200 grams of fresh cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Day 6

Breakfast: natural black coffee.

Lunch: 300 g of boiled chicken and 150 g of fresh cabbage salad or raw carrots.

Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 150 grams of salad from raw carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Day 7

Breakfast: green tea.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, 1-2 apples.

Dinner: 150 grams of boiled fish (can be fried), 200 grams of vegetable salad from cabbage with vegetable oil.

Starting from day 8, the diet should be repeated this way: day 8 as 6, 9 as 5, 10 as 4, 11 as 3, 12 as 2, 13 as 1.

The developers of the diet promise to lose weight on this diet to 8 kg. Exit from the Japanese diet should be smooth. Do not immediately pounce on all yum. Ordinary products are introduced little by little, making sure that after each meal a slight saturation is felt, but not overeating.
