Increasing the efficiency of the enterprise as the basis for successful business

How to increase the efficiency of the company? In our opinion, it is very simple. Increasing the effectiveness of the enterprise will happen only when it will be possible to remove everything that prevents to work effectively. The fact is that not only revenue, cost and costs are the main indicators that reflect the effective operation of the enterprise. Often, this indicator is not used, such as the performance of each employee. But the laws of economic activity say that the larger the profit per one company representative, the more effective the enterprise, higher its competitiveness and net profit. In other words, the main guarantee of success is labor productivity - this is the main competitive advantage of any company over other enterprises.

Since a long time successful business is inextricably linked with the increase of labor productivity, high productivity brings also high dividends; This same component helps the enterprise to survive in the modern market and gives an increase in the efficiency of the enterprise. Let us give a concrete example. Imagine two competing companies. Let's say they work in the same market, their customers are similar, the number of employees is about the same, that is, they are approximately in one "weight category". Like all companies, they make deals with customers. And now, according to the results of activity, one of the companies concluded one hundred and fifty transactions per month, and another company is not able to make fifty transactions. Why did you get such different numbers? Perhaps because at the load of fifty deals the second company is working at the limit of its capabilities. So at the expense of what does this happen? It turns out that everything is not so difficult. There is a basic criterion - the average time that a company spends on servicing a single transaction. In the transaction involved a large number of people, from the storekeeper to the manager, and each at a certain stage spends a certain time on the transaction. Often the time spent by employees of the company on minor issues leads the enterprise to losses. The head of the company is forced to pay the non-productive process. It is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of the enterprise at each stage with subsequent adjustment of plans. The situation described below is collective. But it is deduced an average of those analytical reports that provided a large number of companies interested in having them increase the efficiency of the company.

We will analyze the effectiveness of the enterprise in stages for clarity. When searching for a manager, a client was found. He was put up a commercial offer, in advance the customer's requisites were taken. Usually, these details are entered in a special form in order to create a commercial offer. Let's go to Word. The customer approved the proposal and now it is necessary to formalize the proposed contract. The employee sends the client's documents to the lawyer, he also inserts these documents into his own programs (note that both people in the company are engaged in the same job). Yes, and he does it slowly, because "things are not in rot." The manager is nervous, since he has no idea if they are engaged in a contract at all ?! Such actions have acquired the name of non-transparency of business. After adjusting the lawyer, he prepares the work, and then sends it to the manager. The manager remits to the customer. The customer finds some simple mistakes. Example: In the surname column is the surname of a completely different person, as the lawyer, hurrying, forgot to correct (change) the "fish" Pupkin's surname. Then the manager and the lawyer jointly correct the defects in the contract, and this time they succeed. The customer needs to invoice. This is the business of accounting, which, in turn, also enters data and the object of the account into its programs, spending a lot of time for this. And only after that, the manager receives all the information again and draws up all this, for example, by E-mail in a letter. No increase in the efficiency of the enterprise is possible in principle, since the departments interact only indirectly.

Only the introduction of a modern modular program scheme for electronic document management can change the situation here, when the program with a legal, financial, accounting and logistics module starts from the moment of receiving the application, and the time for passing the application in each module is rigidly regulated automatically.

As practice shows, such programs have become very popular in recent times, because when they are implemented, the increase in the efficiency of the work of the enterprise occurs at times.
