Transfer to a jar and pour in brine. Prepare it as follows: in a liter of water dissolve about four tablespoons of salt with a slide. Remove the jar in the refrigerator and wait two days. Now you know how to salt the tasty fat in the brine. But you can go further and improve the recipe. Get the product out of the pickle and, as follows, pour each piece of garlic, sprinkle with pepper and favorite seasonings, transfer the finished fat into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
