Completion. In a saucepan with broth, put the potatoes, then meat, fried, spices, sometimes salted onions with flour, bring the hodgepodge until ready.

What to do with pickled cucumbers? Most often, they are peeled and put into broth. However, in some recipes cucumbers are added to the roast, and then combined with broth.

In the boiling salted water, we lay out consistently: roasted meat products, stewed vegetables, pickled cucumbers. Boil for a few minutes. Sour cream and parsley will decorate a quick solyanka.

How to cook cabbage soup? For this saltwort you will need: 1 glass of salted mushrooms and sauerkraut, 100 grams of dried mushrooms and sour cream, 1 carrot, greens and parsley root, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Dried mushrooms must be boiled over low heat, to attach salted mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, cut into strips, cook until ready for vegetables. Pour in the vegetable oil, add chopped parsley root, salt and pepper to taste.

Fish halophyte is no less successful. Try to prepare it as follows. Cook fish broth. We prepare the seasoning for the solyanka separately: put out a finely chopped onion in 1 spoon of vegetable oil, add 1 carrot cut into half a circle, and the root of parsley, then 1 spoon of flour, 2-3 spoons of tomato paste. Combine with strained broth, dip fried small pieces of fish into the pan (very tasty - sturgeon, pike-perch, stellate sturgeon), 2-3 peeled and half-rings of pickled cucumber, 4-5 potatoes. In conclusion, we put olives, cucumber pickle and chopped greens.
