How to mold vegetables and fruits from plasticine

Although it seems to many that modeling is difficult and not everyone can do it, in reality it is not so. Everyone can make wonderful objects, following simple recommendations and following the instructions step by step. The article gives a few simple examples of how to mold vegetables and fruits from plasticine.

Why sculpt?

How to diversify a child's leisure, make it not only interesting, but also useful? You can read, fold mosaic and puzzles, collect a designer, draw or sculpt men, animals, vegetables and fruits from plasticine.

Generally, modeling is very useful for all children. It expands the horizon, develops imagination and imagination, reveals creativity. When a child makes figurines, such as vegetables or fruits, from plasticine, a small hand motor skills is involved, which is responsible for speech, thought, attention. Also the process itself will bring considerable pleasure to adults. Mom and the child will have a wonderful time in company with each other, a master of an amusing tiger or Smeshariki.

One of the simplest variants of creativity is the molding of fruits and vegetables from plasticine. With this task, novices can easily cope.

Bananas

Blind bananas from yellow plasticine - it's very simple! First you need to roll two thick elongated sausages, slightly bend them. Then with a sharp object (for example, a toothpick) to pass along them several longitudinal shallow grooves. Now make the sausage thinner and shorter with a small sprout in the middle. To this shoot stick two bananas - turned bunch.

If you did everything right, your plasticine bananas will be the same as in the picture above.

Carrot

To make carrots, you need two pieces of plasticine - orange and green. First we make the workpiece:

  • Root crops - we roll orange sausage, narrowed from one end. The wider tip should be slightly flattened. Something sharp (a toothpick, for example) we carry out on a root crop short transverse strips;
  • A stalk - we roll a green ball, we flatten it with fingers from two sides, after one end we slightly reduce it. With a toothpick, we draw deep wide ridges in the direction from the wide edge to the narrow one (as shown in the picture).

Now the simplest thing left is to collect the carrots from the blanks. To do this, you need to stick the stem with the narrow side to the wide edge of the root crop. Plasticine vegetable is ready! Did you get the same as in the picture?

A tomato

There is nothing easier than to make a tomato! Even three-year-olds can cope with this task.

Again, you need to start with blanks. First we make the fruit, for which we roll a ball of plasticine of red color. Now in two stages we make a green stalk with leaves: first, from the material of the corresponding color, you need to roll the ball, then with two fingers pull out five short sausages-leaves from it.

The last step is to collect our tomato, that is, we just attach a green stalk with leaves to the red ball. If everything is done correctly, you will get a vegetable, as in the picture below.

Bunch of grapes

Grapes are a berry, not a vegetable or a fruit. But for a change, we learn how to make a grape cluster. Moreover, it is not more difficult to do this than to make a tomato. First, we prepare the details: berries and leaves.

To do this, lilac plasticine rolls 12-15 small balls, each of which slightly flattened fingers, giving them the wrong shape. Next, three three-dimensional ovals (in form they should resemble an egg) are blinded and we will squeeze them well on both sides to make them flat.

The next step is to fix all the berries (lilac balls) together in the form of a cone, and from the top (on the wide part) to stick three green leaves. The bunch of grapes is ready!

Now you are convinced that the molding of vegetables and fruits from plasticine is a simple and interesting activity? That's what we eventually learned to do - bananas, carrots, tomatoes and a bunch of grapes.

Having developed a little imagination, you can make any vegetables and fruits from plasticine: apples, pears, plums, watermelon, cabbage, peas, onions, radish, eggplant and others.

Interesting design

Everything should be aesthetics. Therefore, produced vegetables and fruits from plasticine can not just be thrown into a box, they need to be beautifully laid, for example, in a basket or on a plate. The child will do it with pleasure.

Here on the plate lie, like real, eggplant.

Another dish is filled with a variety of plasticine vegetables. On it we see peas, radish, carrots, cabbage and even a small pumpkin in the center of the composition.

And here craftsmen put all their products in a basket. Also very interesting solution. Try it yourself, and you'll see that molding fruits from plasticine (and vegetables, of course) is an entertaining affair.
