First of all, you need to take potatoes, the amount of which depends on the size, on how much you want to cook (take, for example, three large or five medium potatoes). Vegetables need to be washed, peeled. The most difficult thing is to thinly cut the potatoes. The desirable thickness is 2 millimeters, but the thickness is permissible and up to 5 millimeters (in this case the chips will simply be prepared longer).

You cut the potatoes, now you have, so to speak, raw chips. These raw chips are added to a plate and mixed with one or two tablespoons of vegetable oil. It is not necessary to take a special interest in oil, your task is simply to grease the potatoes. Note that you do not need to salt potatoes. The preparatory stage is over, we proceed to the basic stage. We take out the baking sheet, cover the bottom with food aluminum foil, lay the chips in one layer on the baking sheet, wait until the oven is heated to 200 degrees, and place the baking sheet there. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the chips, and on the oven, so we advise you to carefully monitor the cooking process: look into the oven every 5-7 minutes. As far as the chips are ready, the edges of the chips start to curl, the main thing is that the chips do not turn black. Usually 20 minutes is enough to make chips, but I repeat once again that time can vary. Focus on 20 minutes, but do not forget to follow the process. Next, lay out these slices on paper for baking and lightly pour oil. The resulting "composition" is placed in the microwave for about 5 minutes at a power of 700 watts. You may need less time, perhaps more, so do not forget to follow the process. The availability of chips is determined by a slightly golden color. We put the finished chips on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt and (to taste!) Other seasonings.
