1. Cut a circle with wavy edges. To simplify the task, you can use special scissors for crafts.
2. Cut the circle in half.
3. Cut a small piece from the halves, about 1/6 part (picture 3).
4. Fold out the result, into the cone and glue the edges (picture 5).
5. Make only thirty-four such curly cones.
6. Begin to glue the cones together to form a series (Figures 7-9). Leave the middle empty.
