When the deformations are insignificant, special glue can be used, which is designed for such purposes and can create a very reliable fastening of drywall to any surface.

This method is also quite reliable, but most masters do not risk using it when working with the ceiling or in those cases where it is necessary to have more than one sheet of drywall in height. Also, it is not recommended to use it in rooms with high humidity or with perceptible temperature changes.

This fixing of drywall is often used in cases where the room is too small, the installation of the frame will further reduce it by only a few centimeters from each wall. It is also used if you want to save, because the cost of planting gypsum or special glue will be significantly lower than the cost of guides and other profiles for the installation of the frame. At the same time, using this method very saves time on large areas of work.

Thus, it is best to use the standard fixing of gypsum board with the help of guides and frame, since it was for this purpose that it was made. In cases of acute need to resort to planting plasterboard or glue. To do this, you need to use a special kind of gypsum board, which differs significantly less weight and some other properties. This is definitely worth asking the seller when making purchases of building materials for repair.
