Fruit soup - a treat for children and adults

Elegant dessert, a dinner for a baby or a dietary dish? Today we will tell you how to prepare sweet soups.

Aromatic ear, tender chicken noodles and rich borsch are most often associated with us with the word "soup". Substitute vegetables for fruit or berries, broth for light yogurt or cream, and meat for chocolate. This dish will certainly delight adults and children!

On hot days

Let's start, perhaps, with the menu for kids. Fruit soup is a great way to introduce children to new products. At an earlier age, you should carefully choose the ingredients so that you do not look for food allergies in the pharmacies.

Many mothers begin to notice a decrease in appetite in children with the onset of hot summer days. Pediatricians recommend cooking light meals for children and not waiting for empty dishes. However, no active karapuz will refuse such a treat as a fruit soup with rice. In the absence of fresh ingredients, dried fruits are also perfect, so we will present two variants of the dish.

Rice + fresh fruit

In summer and autumn, go boldly to the nearest market for fruit or your own garden.

To make soup with rice on jelly you will need:

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 kg of fresh fruit (pears, apples, grapes, cherries, apricots, cherries or peaches);
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Starch;
  • Fig.

If you are preparing children's soup, pay special attention to the processing of all components. Berries and fruits should be thoroughly washed and removed all twigs and bones, and then cut into small pieces.

In a pot of boiling water we lower the ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes. This way of cooking will help to not lose all vitamins. In a small amount of water, we dilute starch and add it to the soup. The liquid must be poured in a thin trickle and mixed at the same time to avoid lumps. Rice is cooked separately.

When serving in a plate, we pour a little rice and pour the soup. You can decorate a dish with a mountain of whipped cream or offer a small gourmet biscuit.

From dried fruits

You can easily prepare a fruit soup in winter and spring, even before the appearance of seasonal fruits. To do this, you just need to make stocks in the summer or buy the necessary dried fruits in the store.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 liters of water;
  • 500 g of dried fruits (raisins, figs, apples, dried apricots, pear);
  • Starch - 3 tbsp. L .;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Sahara.

Dried fruits should be thoroughly rinsed, if necessary cut. As in the previous recipe, boil the water and only then fall asleep with dried fruits. Cooking time - 30 minutes. At the last stage, add the diluted starch and wait for the thickening.

It is this recipe that resembles a kitchen in a kindergarten, where dried fruit is often used.

In addition to rice, sweet soups can be supplemented with semolina dumplings, pasta, oatmeal and croutons. Thus, it turns out a sufficiently satisfying dish, which will suit not only as a snack, but also for a full dinner.

For the little ones

As you know, the first lure begins with porridge and one-component puree. During this period, the baby has many new impressions. Fruit soup is one of the most common dishes for fastidious youngsters at the age of up to one year.

Ingredients:

  • an Apple;
  • Three apricots;
  • egg;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Sahara;
  • 100 ml of baby yogurt (liquid, no additives) or sour-milk mixture;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • Semolina - 1 tbsp. L.

The first stage . Carefully wash and clean the sweet fruit, then cut into small pieces. We spread the apricots and apples in a saucepan, pour cold water and cook for about 15 minutes. About readiness to us will tell soft slices of apples.

The second stage . We take a boiled egg just yolk, knead it with a fork. We wait until the fruits cool down a little, and grind them with a blender. Add sugar, we mix everything again.

The third stage . We put the pan on the stove and fall asleep. Without stopping stirring, the fruit soup is cooked for five minutes. At the end, add the yolk and yogurt, then again we mix everything thoroughly.

"Milk cocktail" on a plate

When there is unbearable heat outside the window, the best soup of fruit is served cold. Our next recipe belongs to the category "in a hurry", because its preparation will take a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat kefir or drinking yogurt without additives - 200 ml;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Lemon juice;
  • Ripe banana;
  • Honey - 1 tsp;
  • Fruit or berries with a juicy pulp.

Using a blender, mix banana and kefir (natural yogurt). Add honey and lemon juice, beat well again. Cold soup is poured into a plate and decorated with sliced fruit, berries and favorite flakes from ready-made breakfasts.

The child will certainly be interested in multi-colored ingredients, and my mother will not worry about an empty stomach, because such a soup is quite ample and useful.

For sweet tooth

Depending on the amount of sugar, fruit soup can easily be attributed to dietary dishes. However, our next recipe is for those who do not deny themselves sweets.

Approximately thirty minutes will take you to prepare a magnificent chocolate soup with grapefruit.

Ingredients:

  • Bitter chocolate - 150 g;
  • grapefruit;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Sahara;
  • Ground cinnamon and cocoa powder;
  • Cream - 100 ml (fat content of 22%).

From the grapefruit we need only the flesh, so thoroughly wash and remove the thick peel and all the films.

Melt the small pieces of chocolate in a water bath. Separately heat the cream and add sugar to the chocolate saucepan along with the sugar. Stir the soup until all the ingredients are fully combined and pour into the plate. In the middle, put the pulp of grapefruit and sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon.

Serve chocolate soup immediately after preparation.
