There are products that can not be eaten while wearing braces, as they can change the quality of the arc. Products such as seeds, nuts, iris, chewing gum clog the braces and make it difficult to clean them. When wearing the machine, you need a more thorough brushing of teeth using special brushes. It is advisable to periodically brush your teeth at the dentist.

Is it possible and how to align teeth without braces? Yes, there are such ways. An alternative to brackets are kappas - caps made of transparent material, which are put on the teeth, putting pressure on them and changing their position. Kappas have a lower price than braces, aesthetically look, their application gives good results.
