In the vitreous cavity a gas bubble is injected with a syringe, the purpose of which is to press the retina back so that it rests on the vascular surface. Usually does not take two weeks, as the injected gas dissolves. During this time, it is necessary to carry out the procedure for attaching the retina. This can be both her laser coagulation and cryopexy.
