The Pole's card (Karta polaka) is a document that is intended to return those who have not yet lost their cultural and spiritual ties with their historical homeland, some rights that their compatriots have. It was adopted during the presidency of Lech Kaczynski and began to be issued to citizens of the Baltic republics and CIS countries since 2008.
