Ginger ale

There are 2 versions of the drink - dry and golden ginger ale. More common is dry, since golden has too strong flavor. The composition of the drink includes carbonated water, ginger, sugar, sometimes yeast and lemon. In industrial conditions, producers add to the ale flavors of honey, raspberry, pineapple, cane sugar, mint, cranberry and lime. Ginger ale is produced on the basis of corn syrup and fructose to reduce costs.

El can be prepared for a more complex recipe. To do this, grind the root of the ginger in a food processor or in a mortar to the state of the paste, and then add 2 glasses of cold water. To add spice, sometimes a few peas of black pepper are placed in the mixture. The mixture is boiled for 5-6 minutes, then filter and add 2 more glasses of water. After the water boils, it puts sugar or its substitutes. Drink cooled, mixed to taste with lemon juice, add carbonated water and ice cubes. The ale, like other non-alcoholic drinks, is served with chilled.

Initially, ginger ale was a strong enough alcoholic drink, and now it is a tonic non-alcoholic drink based on the extract of ginger. To the liking of El resembles tonic or the famous Soviet lemonade "Buratino". The high content of vitamin C in the drink only adds to it's popularity.

Many small breweries produce alcoholic ale, which is dark and light. The drink is made on the basis of beer concentrate and has a beer fortress. In dark ale, in addition to hops and ginger extract, a mixture of herbs is also added. In this drink contains a lot of vitamins and trace elements, which increases immunity.
