Materials

To make a mask, we need:

- several packages of plasticine;

- a large-sized plastic bottle;

- white paper and newspapers;

- PVA (glue) ;

- a piece of gauze - 30x30cm;

- acrylic primer - white;

- paints;

- Brushes.

Instructions

Determine the shape and design of the mask. You can think up yourself or take an idea from any source. Make a picture or print a picture.

Cut the top of the previously prepared five-liter bottle and apply a pattern on its wall. Using its image on the outside of the bottle, we sculpt from plasticine the basis of the future mask.

We form a mask of papier-mâché. The plasticine base can be removed or left on the bottle.

We tear the newspaper into narrow strips. We moisten the gauze with water and apply it to the plasticine base. We level. Wet pieces of the newspaper and put it on gauze.

We glue several layers of newspapers, 3-4 will be enough. The top is made of white paper, which we glue on top with glue. Dry for a few days.

Dry the mask on the face and remove the excess. Pasted with white edge paper. We dry.

We ground with acrylic. We dry. Colorize. The Ghost Mask is ready.
