German Diet

Dinner: 150 grams of green salad, a little dressed with lemon juice or butter, a meat cutlet.

Friday

Breakfast: 200 grams of carrot juice.

Lunch: 200 grams of fried chicken with 100 grams of green salad.

Dinner: lightly dressed with butter grated carrots and 2 hard-boiled eggs.

Saturday

Breakfast: unsweetened tea, cracker.

Lunch: 150 grams of cabbage salad, sprinkled with lemon juice and 200 grams of roasted meat.

Dinner: 150 grams of cheese and 100 grams of carrot shredded, slightly oiled.

Sunday

Breakfast: unsweetened tea, cracker.

Lunch: 200 grams of chicken, boiled or fried.

Supper: any fruit (apples, plums, oranges, pears, etc.) - 300 grams.

The second week of a diet is an exact repetition of the first.

Remember that adherence to the German diet should be exactly, you can not break the sequence of dishes. In addition, you can drink unlimited mineral water.
