In our everyday life, we often use things based on a galvanized sheet. These are, first of all, buckets, basins, peaks on the loggias, water spills on the windows. Many useful things are made from this material in different areas of industry.
It is based on cold-rolled steel with different sheet thicknesses. It is used in cases where a stainless, durable and user-friendly material is needed. In the sale comes a sheet of galvanized paper in rolls or bundles, in which the sheets are stacked on top of each other. Dimensions along the length and width may vary. For the production of various parts take the sheets of the right size and start them up in processing. This can be a press for stamping parts of the desired configuration. Or a bending machine, on which bends are cast, canopies or other products necessary for use in construction. Preliminarily, a piece of metal of the correct size is cut off from a roll or sheet. For stamping it is easier to use a strip, especially if parts are needed small.
The galvanized sheet has found wide application and at arrangement of a roof. The seamed roof made of this metal is beautiful and not very expensive. It is better to use a roll material here. Modern equipment allows you to work directly on the roof, which greatly speeds up the whole process. After measuring pieces of metal, equal to the size of the roof, cut off and stack them, immediately rolling in the fold.
The galvanized sheet, whose weight depends on the thickness, can have a protective coating. Polyester, used for this purpose, does not offer a very large range of colors, but basic shades, such as white, brown, gray and black, can be found. When other colors are needed, paint is used. For this purpose, the finished products are sent to a special chamber. Powder paint allows you to paint a reflow or visor in any color on the paint catalog.
For the corrugated board that goes to the fences or to the roof, a galvanized sheet of a certain thickness is also used. The stiffeners give this material a solid foundation. The configuration and size of the groove are determined by the label of the sheet and its further application. Galvanized buckets, though less and less often, are also used in everyday life, not yielding their positions to aluminum or plastic counterparts.
The marking, which denotes the galvanized sheet, allows you to determine the characteristics of steel and methods of processing. From where the metal will go further, and its indicators depend.

Products that go on sale can have a smooth surface or a pattern in the form of a crystal lattice. Depending on the thickness of the applied coating, it is common to divide galvanized sheets into three classes.

When applying coating for the front and back sides use different classes. Often sheets coated with polyester have a white or brown color of the first class on the front side and gray color in the second class on the other. Therefore, when you order products for which both sides should have the same color, then use powder paint.
