Frick is who? The whole truth about freaks.

You must have heard such a word - freak. Perhaps you even met them on the streets. They can not be missed. They attract attention, wherever they turn out to be. So, who are they?

Frick is a collective definition for people who use their appearance as a means of expression and are not included in any of the already existing subcultures. They create fundamentally new images, without fear of appearing ridiculous or ugly. It's not for nothing that the word 'freak' is translated from English as "freak." Frick is a person who is often prone to exaggeration. He has no sense of proportion. If you pierce - so the whole face, if painted - then so that his own mother did not recognize.

Subculture freaks does not have any specific philosophy. Yes, and aesthetics, too. It's just people who want to isolate themselves from the gray mass with visual aids. Of course, each of them has his own philosophy and beliefs, spodvigshie on such an extravagant way out. But they rarely unite in groups with their own kind and as a consequence, you will hardly ever meet two identical freaks.

Freaks do not have any common and binding attributes. As a rule, each of them chooses for himself any style that follows. Contrary to popular belief, piercings and tattoos are also not attributes of freaks (remember the same Marilyn Manson). But most often they still have any modifications of the body (from dyed hair to subcutaneous implants). It depends on the individual philosophy of man. After all, a freak is, first of all, a person who challenges the public opinion and changes its appearance in accordance with its worldview.

Freaks can be found everywhere. But, as a rule, most of them in developed post-industrial countries.

Especially famous are the Japanese freaks, who by their appearance can easily shock an unusual spectator. It is understandable, because the visual culture in Japan has reached a high level. In this country, self-expression by changing one's appearance meets often and is perceived normally. In our country, people have not yet become accustomed to such "antics", so many people consider freaks "wild" and "abnormal." Such a lack of tolerance must be explained by the echoes of Soviet culture, when universal equality was accepted for the ideal, and the outstanding one was not welcomed. And in Europe meanwhile, the culture of freaks is flourishing, finding more and more means for self-expression.

Freaks, as a rule, are not aggressive towards others if they do not experience pressure from them. These are people who have found harmony within themselves, even in a slightly strange way. Therefore, the view that freaks are dangerous, unjustified. They assert themselves not through violence against others, but through their appearance, therefore they treat people peacefully.

Frick is, in general, the same person as everyone else, just choosing a different way of expression. If others claim themselves, creating something new, communicating with others or simply actively doing what they like, the freaks do it, standing out externally.
