Freedom, as well as human and citizen rights

What does a person who is a citizen of a developed state have today? He has many duties to this state. Is it bad? No, since the state in exchange for this grants him numerous rights, without which it is impossible to be free in the full sense of the word a member of society.

Human and citizen rights are numerous. Many of them arise precisely at the moment of birth and can not be selected. Consider all this in more detail by the example of our state, as well as other countries. In principle, we can say that in any democratic state everything is arranged relatively equally.

Basic human and civil rights and freedoms

All of them can be divided into two groups, which are sufficiently large. This is personal, as well as political rights of man and citizen. Let's talk about personal.

Initially, we note that they are necessary in order for a person to feel part of the state. It becomes protected and at the same time very free. The number of such rights is directly proportional to the duties that people bear.

Personal rights of a person and citizen

The main right of the modern individual is his right to life. Many others follow from it. Today, almost everywhere, human life is recognized as the highest value, which can not be neglected.

Human and citizen's rights include the right to personal dignity. Personality rights are also valuable. Nothing should hinder its development. Each of us should be recognized by the society as unique. Hence the right to the inviolability of the individual. It is based on the fact that no one has any right to influence our opinion.

We have the right to secrecy (family, personal, as well as private life). Our honor and our good name are protected by the state. About a person can be disseminated only that information that does not spoil his reputation. If he does not want to disclose something, this information should remain undisclosed.

Human and citizen's rights also include the right to inviolability of the home. Outside people can not enter our house without our desire. The dwelling of a person is something that is under special protection of the state.

We can move freely, as well as independently determine with the place of permanent residence or stay. Freedom of movement, as well as the right to such actions, makes us even more independent.

Modern man can not be imposed any religion, because we ourselves are determined with what we should believe in. We also have the right to say what we think, to receive reliable information.

Let's talk about political rights. Modern people have the right to take part in the government of the state directly or indirectly. We are talking about the fact that we can participate in elections, nominate candidates for any positions (we are talking about passive and active electoral law).

An important political right is the right to association. Yes, in principle, we can organize political parties based on programs in which we believe.
