After the adoption of the new legislative act "On Police" in 2011, serious changes have begun in this department. The appearance of the employees did not remain the same: for them an entirely new outfit was modeled and sewn.

What changed

The form of police of a new sample was tested for several years in different regions of the country. In the audit, about two thousand people were employed. Igor Chapurin, the costume designer for Mosfilm, participated in the creation of the uniform. Samples of the new form of police are cut from materials of natural origin with the addition of a small amount of lycra, so that clothes do not crumple. For the warm season, "breathable" clothing was invented. All fabrics should be of domestic production - this is one of the basic requirements for the form.

In general, the form of the police of the new sample is quite diverse. It is different for each police unit. From innovations: the officer's jacket was supplemented with a red edging on the cuff, the generals received a gilded edging on the collars. Women were offered the most comfortable heel in 4,5 cm and felt berets. The surname, position and place of service of the policeman can now be read on the badge fixed on the chest of the employee. Even the identification of a policeman has changed. Now it has even more degrees of protection, and the minister's data is printed in large letters. The form of the police of a new model was supplemented with other insignia of chevrons.

Forms for each employee

According to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regulating the wearing of uniforms, each policeman has several sets of uniforms for various service options and weather conditions. The form is divided into: day off, everyday, for special occasions, for service on the street - for guard policemen. Each of them has a summer and winter variant. The badge with the employee's data should be placed in the breast pocket of the removable pocket on the right side of the blouses, shirts, tunics, jackets. The card with its data is not worn by all police officers, but only by those who are supposed to do it by the nature of the service.

Exit Formal Clothing

The form of a new police officer is dressed for the time of taking the oath, guarding, on holidays, in the event of awarding special ranks, presentation to the award and consists of the following items of clothing: cap and steel tunic, woolen navy blue trousers, white shirt, dark -saint necktie with golden brace, black shoes or shoes and black socks. To build a suit on the output is complemented by a golden belt and white gloves. At persons with a rank from the colonel and above these gloves leather. The winter version of the output form is complemented by dark blue coats and a cap with ear-flaps. They are of a gray color in the highest command. Shoe must match the season. The smart makes the shape of a white muffler. In accordance with the color of the main garment, signs of distinction are found: dark blue or steel. The demountable collar of the senior chiefs is made of a gray doodle, and the chief and rank and file wear a dark blue sheepskin coat.

Service dress

The form of a police officer of a new model for each day differs from the output color of the shirt. In this case, it is gray-blue, and in the winter it is complemented by a muffler of the same color scheme. The casual form can include: a woolen navy blue jacket instead of a coat in winter, the same color as a raincoat with a muffler in the summer. Winter coat can be worn without a removable collar. If the heat of the cold season, it is allowed not to wear gloves. Lowering the headphones from the ear-caps can be, if the street is colder -10 ⁰ C. The coat is necessarily fastened to all the buttons, and one upper button can be unfastened. The cloak is worn only under the belt, although, if it is hot, it is allowed to carry the cloak folded and wrapped around the left hand in the inside.

For special cases

A special form of clothing is worn by police officers if they perform special service and operational tasks. So, for policemen who serve on the road, there are several variants of the costume. The new police uniform for patrol officers consists of a dark blue summer suit for riding a motorcycle, a t-shirt, a helmet, a dark blue summer cap, leather equipment, boots, and protection for the person. The form can be complemented by a jumper, wind and rainproof and demi-season suits, boots with high tibia.

Women's uniform of a new type

The female form is very similar to the clothes of flight attendants, because many details are borrowed from them. For women who have the title of police, justice and internal service, rank and file officers, the service uniform consists of the following items of clothing. In winter and at the exit, women are encouraged to wear: a woolen navy blue coat and a steel jacket, a skirt and tie of the same color, white blouse and muffler, black or corporal tights, woolen gloves, demi-season or winter boots in black fur. The ceremonial summer form of the police of a new model for women consists of a felt blue navy hat (beret), a steel jacket, a dark blue skirt and a tie, a white blouse, flesh-colored tights and black shoes. In addition, it is allowed to wear a cap for a hat in the summer and a hat instead of a hat in the winter. In the cold season, you can wear pants, a demi-season jacket instead of a coat. In summer, as an option for outerwear, a demi-seasonal navy blue raincoat is considered.

Clothes for women for every day

The casual female uniform, as well as the male, differs from the output color of the blouse. Every day it is allowed to put on a dark gray blouse. In summer it can be worn without a jacket. At the same time of the year, it is allowed to wear a dark blue raincoat, woolen trousers, a woolen navy blue jacket instead of a jacket. Hat, pilot's cap worn with some inclination to the right, and the hat - only straight. Summer hats are unacceptably worn with a winter jacket with a removable fur collar. Jacket should be buttoned on all buttons.
