Spices - curry, seasoning for pilaf or what you like, always red sweet paprika (about a teaspoon), salt and a head of garlic.
  • Put the frying pan on the fire and pour oil on the bottom.
  • Cut the onion and put it to fry.
  • Peel and cut into large cubes carrots and also fry along with onions. Do not forget to stir it.
