- Set of products: chicken meat (any parts) or beef goulash approximately 0.5 kg, onion, one large carrot; A cup of rice (about 200 g) and 2 cups of water, vegetable oil (3 tablespoons). Spices - curry, seasoning for pilaf or what you like, always red sweet paprika (about a teaspoon), salt and a head of garlic.
- Put the frying pan on the fire and pour oil on the bottom.
- Cut the onion and put it to fry.
- Peel and cut into large cubes carrots and also fry along with onions. Do not forget to stir it.
- Spices pour into a carrot and mix.
