Exercises to restore vision

In our time it is difficult to meet a person who does not have any problems with vision. In general, exercises for the restoration of vision were created back in ancient times. But compared to the past, a person receives much more information. And it reaches us through the organs of sight. Naturally, this requires a lot of tension from our eyes, and our eyes often get tired. Even a person with perfect vision needs rest, otherwise he will become acquainted with the symptoms of dry eyes, redness, deterioration of vision for long distances. In the case, if a person has problems, rest is necessary for the eyes, as well as gymnastics to restore vision. There is a whole technique for improving vision. It was developed by U.G. Bates and his follower M.D. Corbet.

So, let's look at the exercises for restoring Bates vision. Eye movements should be smooth. Exercise one. Sit straight, relax the muscles. Close your eyes with your hands (not your fingers); Do not press your hands hard against your face, they should lie gently on your face. The essence of the exercise is that there should not be any cracks through which the eyeballs will receive light. After that, close your eyes. Lower your elbows on the table. It is very important to ensure that the neck and spine are practically in a straight line. The whole body should be relaxed and breathe calmly. And most importantly: that the eyes are completely relaxed and rested, you should remember something pleasant. Sit for a while: even for fifteen to twenty seconds, your eyes will rest, although, of course, it is better to sit in this way for several minutes. After the exercise is done, you need to gradually open the access of light to your eyes: first slowly remove the palms of your hands, leave your eyes closed for a while. And only then they can be opened. This exercise is called palming, it is aimed at relaxing the muscles of the eyes and neck, which helps to establish blood circulation.

Another exercise: look around, not concentrating on anything specifically. You need to bend your arms in the elbows; While the palms should be slightly lower than the eyes. Then you need to open your fingers and turn your head to the right and left. The main thing is to look through your fingers, not at them. The view should not focus on one thing. In case you did everything right, you should have a feeling that your hands are floating in the air.

Exercises to restore vision can be performed from the very morning while you are still in bed. It is necessary to stretch, roll from one side to the side; It is important not to hold your breath, you need to breathe deeply and evenly. Open wide eyes and mouth. Next six times tightly squint, blink (12 times). "Write" a few words in the air, imagining that your nose is a pen or pencil. Do an exercise with flying hands. In conclusion, make a palm, which should take about five minutes.

The exercises for restoring vision also include exercises for the eyebrows, since everything is connected in the body. So, the point is that you need to raise your eyebrows as high as possible. It is important to follow the sensation that appears in the upper part of the ears, because then you will need to repeat it without raising your eyebrows.

Do not forget that for the correct mode of work and rest of the eyes you need not only exercises to restore vision. It is important to monitor your health in general; Do not forget about the proper nutrition and motor activity, because in the body everything is interconnected. It is very important to enrich your diet with vitamins, especially those that are necessary for the eyes. The entire body should be strengthened, since problems in one area entail general immunity disorders and deviations from the norm in health.
