And if during the fish "zhora" you can sometimes catch a naked hook, then that's when the "biting froze," and then begin the debate and the search for something absolutely suitable for any occasion. And, strangely enough, the best bait is a spinner. Strangely, because of all the known baits, it is least like something edible. Meanwhile, this is a very effective means of fishing. Ticks, pike-perch, trout, pike, catfish and a lot of smaller fishes take a bait. Why they are attracted by iron trinkets, the theme is separate, here we will describe how the spoon is made with our own hands. Of course, in specialized stores there are products for every taste, but it's nice to make a tackle yourself. Variants of lures

Variations on the shape of the spoon-bait are huge. Here all decide the preferences and personal experience of the fisherman. We offer only a few general tips and methods. How to make a bait with your own hands? They are made of two types: "oscillating" and "rotating." They differ constructively, and therefore it makes sense to consider them separately.

The "wobble"

A wavering spoon, or "wobble", is a metal plate resembling a fish, in which holes are made for the rings of fastening the line and hook. From the very title it is clear that such a product fluctuates in the water, imitating a live fish. Therefore, its shape must necessarily be slightly curved, so that the current causes the "bait" to move constantly.

Knowing the initial, we proceed to manufacture. As a material suitable plates of copper, nickel silver, silver, stainless steel or at the worst end of the tin. Next, we make a template from cardboard and cut out a detail of the desired shape. After this, you need to drill holes at the distal ends of the billet under the rings. Then, using a steel ball (from the bearing), a round hammer or a wooden mold, the spoon-bait is given a hemispherical shape. When a thin copper plate is used, it makes sense to bend it at an angle of 90 degrees so that the bend runs along the entire length of the "iron fish". This will give the lure rigidity, but at the same time make it "hesitant". The resulting part is polished to a shine. Wire holes are inserted in the holes (preferably stainless steel), one of them is attached to the hook, and to the other - a fishing line with a small bright detail (bead, cambric, etc.). Spoon baits are made from old spoons, combine for these purposes two different metals (it is believed that this gives a weak current attracting a predator), and also pastes with brocade or other shiny material resembling scales, etc. - The imagination of fishermen-masters is boundless.

Spinning baits with their own hands

The second variant of a spoon-bait means its rotation around the central axis. To produce a "turntable" you need a smooth piece of stainless wire, which is put on a solid, carved or twisted wire from a wire - a core. It should rotate freely around the rod (wire). A "petal" of a metal plate is attached to the core. The ends of the wire axis are bent into the rings for the hook and the line. Everything, the next baubles with your own hands is ready. "Vertuška" is a complex construction in which everything matters, especially the angle under which the petal is attached. Therefore, before you do it, it is worth consulting with an experienced master, or even better to try a few other people's options.
