At the same time, his condition grew and was estimated at ten billion dollars.

Investigation by the antimonopoly service of the coking coal market

In July 2008, Vladimir Putin expressed his claims to Metchel and its general director Zyuzin because of the rising costs of metal and coal. But he could not get a reply, since Igor Vladimirovich was in the hospital at that moment.

He was brought to a medical facility on the twenty-third of July (to the surgery department) after reporting that the FAS filed cases on the branches of the corporation. This happened just before the criticism of Zyuzin Vladimir Putin. As it turned out, the company sold raw materials abroad at prices that are fifty percent lower than domestic prices. And as a result, Russia has not received a margin or taxes.

Then many on the stock exchange seriously panicked, the company's quotes plummeted (more than thirty percent). The money fund of Metchel has decreased by about five billion dollars. But, nevertheless, the state of Zyuzin from this did not suffer and remained the same.

In August 2008, Igor Artemyev, head of the antimonopoly service, sent a verification report to Mechel. She was fined five percent of the company's total turnover.

In September 2008, Dmitry Medvedev and Nursultan Nazarbayev opened a new branch of Mechel. At the same time, Zyuzin was present, and this gave reason to say with confidence that the previous disagreements with the government were settled.

Zyuzin acquires new companies

In 2009, the company Mechel stopped supplying coal to Magnitogorsk, as it already and owed a considerable amount. In February of the same year, Zyuzin acquired an American coal company. The deal was intended to be issued in 2008, and it was originally intended to purchase it for four billion dollars. But Zyuzin was able to agree on a discount. In return, the Americans received part of the company's shares.

Debts

In the summer of 2009, Igor Zyuzin showed the US commission the ownership structure of Mechel. It turned out that some of its shares are in Cypriot companies. And 37.9 percent (for $ 1.26 billion) are mortgaged on various loans.

Personal life

About Zyuzin's wife very little is known, since he does not advertise his personal life. Her name is Irina. She was born in the sixtieth year. In the nineties she worked in the Klimovo branch of Rosgosstrakh-Tula. She never worked at Zyuzin's companies. Recently - a housewife.

After the marriage of Irina and Igor Vladimirovich, two children were born in the family. Cyril was born first. The date of his birth is the third November of the eighty-fifth year. He graduated from two universities: him. Plekhanov and the Financial University. As a result, he received two higher educations. Daughter Xenia was born on the tenth of April, eighty-nine. She studied abroad. Lives and works now in Singapore.

Continuation of the Zyuzin dynasty

Well-known businessman Zyuzin Igor Vladimirovich, whose wife never worked in his company, decided to attach his children to the business. His son Cyril began working at Mechel in 2009 as a leading financial specialist.

In 2011, Kirill was transferred to Yakutia, to the city of Neryungri. His task was to develop a new project, which focused on the development of the Elginsky coal deposit. Then Kirill became the first deputy general director of OOO "Elgagkol".

Daughter Xenia also works in the company of her father, in the Singapore branch of Mechel Carbon. Its task is to oversee the supply of the company's product to the Asian markets.

Igor Zyuzin gave his wife and children sixteen percent of their shares. They now own and LLC "Metol". The family of Zyuzin has ninety percent of the shares of this company. At Cyril and Xenia - for 33%, and Irina - 34%.

Mysteries of Zyuzin's business

According to the USRLE, the owner of the company "Methol" is no longer Igor Zyuzin. "Mechel" has given 18.02% of shares to its branch, as the chairman of the Board of Directors and the founder of the main company is Zyuzin. As a result, it turns out that his family, which owns 90% of the securities of Methal, simultaneously became a shareholder of Mechel (the parent company).

In other branches, which controls Zyuzin, there has been no change. This is known from the data of the Cyprus Department of Company Registration. Zyuzin transferred some shares to three foreign firms (10%, 36.58% and 12.78%).

As a result of the transfer of a part of Mechel's shares to the family, he directly owned only 51.2%. The company is in a rather difficult position, since it owes nearly seven billion on loans. Therefore, if Zyuzin wants to give back some of his shares to the family, he will have to get permission from banks for these actions.

In the loan agreements, a ban on a reduction in the controlling interest is registered, as a result, a debt default may occur. As a result of the ongoing negotiations of the company with creditors, there may be a situation when the securities of the Zyuzin family will be depreciated.

If there is a conversion of debt, the share of Zyuzin in securities can be only ten percent. In this case, he will lose control over his company, so he is trying to find other ways to solve the problem. Now, during sanctions against Russia, banks are cautious with the conversion, but debt restructuring is considered an invalid measure. How long such a situation will last is for certain unknown, but in any case Igor Vladimirovich has already shown that he knows how to conduct business, so he will certainly find a way out of this situation, which at first glance seems very difficult.
