And yet this did not stop activists, although, according to the organizer himself, the cost of the project is much higher: very large sums were spent on refueling volunteer cars.

Together with their like-minded Babayev patrolled the streets of Astrakhan, identified suspicious cars with drunken drivers, pursued them until the violators were stopped by traffic police. The whole process was fixed on the video camera, and the recordings from it instantly spread in social networks.
