Electronic transformer: connection diagram

An electronic transformer is an electromagnetic type device. It consists of an inductive winding, as well as a magnetic circuit. An electronic transformer is used to convert an alternating current. There are devices in various electrical appliances.

They also collect power supplies. Various elements are used to connect the device. In this case, the threshold voltage, frequency and conductivity are taken into account. In order to understand everything, it is necessary to consider specific schemes.

Connection scheme via capacitor resistor

Through the capacitor resistor, you can connect any electronic transformer. The connection scheme includes a modulator as well as a transceiver. The conductivity of the current of this element must be at least 50 microns. In this case, the output voltage depends on the number of resistors. In some cases, expansion transceivers are used. If we consider a model for a power supply, the amplifier uses a terminal type. To stabilize the conversion process, filters are needed. Triggers are of the phase type.

Connection via two controllers

Only two low-frequency electronic transformers are allowed to be connected via two regulators. The connection scheme consists of open-type tetrodes. In this case, the limiting conductivity of the element is equal to 55 microns. Directly the regulators are installed behind the relay. Amplifiers are found both operational and toroidal type.

For normal operation of the expander, two connectors are used. The trigger capacity must be at least 2 pF. It is also important to pay attention to the output voltage on the winding. On average, it is no more than 40 V. However, with a high level of negative resistance, this parameter can increase dramatically. If we consider the circuit for the power supply, then the thyristor is selected by the dipole type. In this case the parameter of the current reducibility of the element is not more than 45 microns. The input voltage maximum can be 20 V. For the connection of capacitors, contactors are used.

Using wire stabilizers

Through the wire regulators, a high-frequency electronic transformer can be connected. The connection scheme assumes the use of triggers with a secondary winding. Tetrody in this case are installed behind the relay. To increase the negative resistance, filters are used. In total, for a power supply unit of 30 watts, two contactors are required. Resistors are used toroidal type. Parameter of the output voltage of the elements does not exceed 45 V.

Connection to the diode bridge

The low-frequency transformer to the diode bridge can be connected via one controller. For this, the tetrode is applied with two filters. The current conductivity of the element must be at least 55 microns. All this will significantly increase the threshold resistance. The modulator for the circuit is selected by the impulse type. If we consider a converter with an amplifier, then the relay should only be used with insulators. In this case, the resistance of the transformer will be about 22 m. The output voltage on the winding will fluctuate around 30 V.

Connection to a halogen lamp

Only low-frequency electronic transformers are allowed to be connected to halogen lamps. The connection scheme consists of resistors of dipole type. Condensers are used with the primary winding. To stabilize the induction process, filters are used. In total, the circuit provides two amplifiers. The relay in this case is installed behind the capacitors.

The expander is allowed to use only an open type. The current conductivity of the element is equal to 55 microns. Thus, the resistance should not exceed 12 ohms. The parameter of the output voltage depends on the resistors. If we consider models with a small capacity, then this parameter is about 13 V.

Connection diagram of the Taschibra model

Through the regulator, you can directly connect the Taschibra (electronic transformer). The connection scheme assumes the use of a modulator with a primary winding. Directly the transceiver for the capacitor is selected in two phases. Through a dipole resistor, it is also possible to connect a Taschibra (electronic transformer). The connection scheme of the device in this case involves the use of a zener diode.

If we consider a standard modulator, then the current conductivity is about 60 microns. In this case, the resistance does not exceed 12 ohms. Sometimes wire relays are used. In this case, the expander is taken without winding.

Connecting the RET251C

This electronic transformer (the RET251C circuit shown below) is connected via two dipole resistors. Condensers are often used without a modulator. In this case, the input voltage depends on the conductivity parameter. As a rule, it lies within 40 microns. It is also important to note that transistors are only used in an open type. If we consider a converter of low power, then the connector is installed with one amplifier. Two isolators are used to connect the expander. Tetrod is allowed to be used with a double regulator.

Connecting transformer GET 03

The indicated electronic transformer (GET circuit 03 shown below) is connected via a wire relay. The regulator is used with two adapters. The thyristor for connection is taken open type. The modulator can be used with or without winding. If we consider the first option, then the resistor is connected to the selector. In turn, the tetrode is of the radial type.

If we consider a circuit without winding, then the resistor is used only with output contactors. In this case, the controller is installed behind the relay. The amplifier will not be needed in the circuit. The current conductivity index will be about 70 microns. Thus, the resistance in the circuit does not exceed 30 ohms.

Connection diagram for the ELTR-60

For various power tools, this electronic transformer is often used. Screwdriver circuit includes an output amplifier. The regulator is used with two transceivers. Thus, the conductivity of the element is no less than 44 microns. In this case, the tetrode is of the condenser type. The output voltage of the transformer depends on the conductivity of the modulator.

If we consider a circuit with a winding, then the capacitor is installed behind the relay. Thus, the conductivity of the current is equal to 35 microns. The input resistance is not more than 12 ohms. If we consider a circuit without a winding, then we need to use two expanders. The trigger in this case is applied without a filter. Directly the regulator is selected operational or pulse type.

Connecting the ELTR-70 to a 24 V circuit

The indicated electronic transformer (the 24 volt circuit shown below) is connected via a dipole regulator. In total, the model requires two conductors. The trigger for the current conversion is of the open type. Also, the connection diagram of the electronic transformer has filters that are installed behind the winding. Directly the tetrode is selected for high sensitivity. In this scheme, the conduction parameter should not exceed 60 microns. All this will allow to keep the output resistance at a stable level.

The transceiver in the circuit is of the low-frequency type. To increase the rate of induction, various amplifiers are used. They are installed with or without capacitors. If we consider the first option, the relay is used with the secondary winding. When it comes to connecting without capacitors, then in this case one transceiver is used.

Connecting transformer TRA110

The circuit of connection of the electronic transformer assumes installation of a regulator of wire type. Transceivers are used only together with dinistors. In total, two capacitors are required for normal operation of the model. The capacity of the expander must be at least 4 pF. In this case, the relay is installed behind the secondary winding.

If we consider a circuit with a trigger, then normal operation of the transformer requires insulators. The thyristor is selected for it with contactors. If we consider a transformer without a trigger, then in this case it is required to install an output type modulator. The conductivity of the current must be at least 50 microns. Resistors are used only as a vector type.
