Egor Shcherbakov. Riots in West Biryulyovo

This emergency, which occurred in one of the sleeping areas of the capital, overnight caused a wide resonance in society. And in many respects due to the fact that his participant was once again one of the "Central Asian" migrants, to whom hundreds or even thousands come to Moscow every day for work. Naturally, the flow of "cheap labor" from the CIS countries that flooded several years ago negatively affects the level of the crime situation in the metropolitan metropolis. The authorities, although they are trying, but still can not bring order to the migration policy. Meanwhile, people from Central Asia continue to commit odious crimes on the territory of the country that provides them with work. And the criminal history that happened in West Biryulyovo is a vivid confirmation of this.

Walk with a lamentable finale

Initially, nothing foreshadowed trouble. The couple in love walked towards the house. It's about the young man Yegor Shcherbakov and the girl Ksenia Popova. At the very entrance to them, a man of "non-Slavic appearance" approached him and made several insults to Yegor's companion.

Naturally, the young man tried to stand up for the honor of his girlfriend and got involved in a verbal skirmish with the abuser. He soon attacked him with his fists. And then the migrant turned to more active actions: he took out a knife and inflicted a penetrating wound in the heart to Shcherbakov. After that, the criminal (he turned out to be the native of Azerbaijan Orkhan Zeynalov) first took a slow step, and then quickly ran from the scene. He managed to escape after all. Of course, Yegor Shcherbakov and Ksenia Popova did not expect such a radical solution to the conflict. The girl immediately dialed the phone number "03" and tried to drag the lover to the entrance. But alas, the twenty-five-year-old died a few minutes later, before the ambulance arrived. The murdered Yegor Shcherbakov was an ordinary young man with his own circle of interests. He was fond of cars, showed interest in sports and adored his lady of heart. Xenia Popova, describing the details of the crime, stressed that the man who approached them seemed insane to her: she assumed that Zeynalov was under the influence of narcotic substances.

Public response

But no matter how professionally the murderer acted, he still did not take into account that his deed fell into the review of video cameras located in the residential area of Vostryakovskiy passage of Moscow.

Residents of West Biryulyov no longer doubted that Yegor Shcherbakov died at the hands of the "Central Asian". After a resonant incident, the public went to protest. About a hundred and fifty people came to the building of the West-Biryul MVD and organized a picket. Participants of the event demanded retribution for the crime, as a result of which Yegor Shcherbakov lost his life. Among other things, the picketers demanded to toughen the responsibility for illegal migrants and legitimize the right to carry firearms for civilians. And the participants of the action were set up in the most serious way also because the day before in the district there was another major murder. Someone shot a car VAZ-21099, in which there were people, one of whom received a bullet in the head, and another - a stab wound.

But the activists had one more essential requirement: to close Westburyul's vegetable base. The picketers were sure that the traders who work there know who committed the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov.

Anyway, but by the evening the protest action has already gained momentum. The picketers forcefully broke into the building of TD "Turquoise", in which representatives of national diasporas "held" commercial premises and set up a fire there. Other protesters expressed dissatisfaction with the policy of local authorities in a classic way: from garbage cans and inverted cars they built barricades ...

The action is gaining mass character

This public reaction followed after the murder, the victim of which was Muscovite Egor Shcherbakov. The local authorities, of course, were forced to call in order to summon the riot police, whose representatives began to detain activists and deliver them to the Interior Ministry's department. However, the riots in Biryulyov continued to acquire a large-scale character: an increasing number of Muscovites began to join the picketers. Soon, all the adjoining streets were blocked by protesters. As a result, additional forces of law enforcement bodies were pulled into West Biryulyovo.

After some time, about 3000 activists still dared to take a course on the vegetable base, which was already cordoned off by power structures.

As soon as pickets began to flock to the site, law enforcement officials began to take measures so that activists could not get to the vegetable base. The police tried to break up the protesters into small groups and thus push back from the venue of the action. But without the skirmishes and clashes of the opposing sides, the matter did not pass.

"Vortex"

The situation itself had to interfere with the very Minister of the Interior of Russia Kolokoltsov. He instructed his deputy A. Gorovoye to restore order in the area where the murder of Shcherbakov happened. Soon, in the area of West Biryulyovo, a "Vulcan" interception plan was announced. But he did not give any significant effect: the activists did not intend to disperse, and the young man's murderer continued to walk on freedom. The picketers organized pogroms and riots in the streets, thus deciding to express their protest to the local authorities. They unambiguously made it clear that Yegor Shcherbakov (Biryulyovo - the region where the incident occurred) suffered from the short-sighted and careless policies of the city officials. In turn, the Moscow mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, severely criticized participants in an unsanctioned rally, which deliberately violated public order.

However, the capital's mayor assured the activists that the perpetrator of the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov will be punished on merit.

What did the cameras fix?

And after a while, the public learned the contents of the video recorded by the cameras of the outdoor observation. On the shots you can see that the criminal begins to unreasonably pester a certain young girl, blocking her way to the entrance of the house. He tries to embrace her, but the girl, starting from the encroachments of the stranger, begins to cry. Only by a miracle the victim manages to escape from the clutches of a maniac. Soon, at the entrance of the house, a taxi stops, Ksenia Popova and Egor Shcherbakov come out of the cabin. The criminal immediately switched to a new victim. The cameras clearly recorded the face of the attacker ...

Searches for the killer

When the detailed fotobot of the killer was compiled, the police proceeded to operational-search activities. The leadership of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate appealed to the representatives of the national diaspora, so that they render all possible assistance in capturing the criminal. His personality was not difficult to establish. In the field of suspicion was the native of Azerbaijan Orkhan Zeynalov. In the capital, he worked for his uncle, who runs the vegetable business. The offender was engaged in the trade of cucumbers, potatoes and tomatoes.

He rented an apartment located in Borisovskiy proezd. Looking through the news on television, the landlord Zeynalov identified him as a murderer. Afraid of retribution, the murderer hastened to leave the capital. But thanks to the efforts and coordinated work of the operatives and the help of the members of the Azerbaijani diaspora, it was still possible to locate the fugitive.

Arrest

The investigators went to the trail of the criminal a few days after the murder of Shcherbakov. He was arrested in the Moscow region of Kolomna in mid-October 2013. At the same time, Zeynalov had serious resistance when detained. Realizing that he did not "get out" of justice, the migrant stated during the interrogation that he acted solely to protect himself. However, the investigators established a different version of what was happening: the seller of vegetables deliberately inflicted numerous blows to the victim, then took up cold weapons and stabbed a young man. But the suspect was not going to admit his guilt, claiming no involvement in the murder in West Biryulyovo. However, Zeynalov's fellow tribesmen from the Azerbaijani diaspora did not cover him and pointed out that he had committed a resonant crime.

As it turned out, the vegetable dealer had already had problems with the law. The journalists managed to find out why Zahnalov was in charge. Once a native of Azerbaijan, being on the driver's seat of a car, did not want to miss a motorcycle, which was the reason for a major accident, which resulted in a young couple injured. In addition, it turned out that Zeynalov was engaged in illegal transportation of passengers.

Punishment

At the end of November, the case of Shcherbakov's murder had already been tried in court. As the accused in the criminal process, Orkhan Zeynalov figured. The representative of the state prosecution demanded a severe punishment for the migrant, and the judge ultimately went to meet him. The criminal was sentenced to 17 years in prison. Will Zeynalov get on the path of correction - time will tell. And if this does not happen, it remains to be hoped that he will be forcibly expelled from the country to his historical homeland.
