Wine red (dry) has the ability to prevent the development of cancer tumors and diabetes. It increases the level of hemoglobin, cleanses the blood and prolongs life expectancy. All these processes are due to the active components of the drink, which are powerful antioxidants.

Classify dry wines, depending on the types of grapes that are used for their preparation. The drink can be obtained by fermenting the juice of varieties Cabernet, Lambrusco, Merlot, Sauvignon, Aglianico, Negrett and others. In this case, the specialists consider him to be a group of red dry wines.

The final product of fermentation juice can be obtained from white, red or pink varieties. It will be classified as white dry wine in the event that the berries were previously peeled off, and the resulting juice had almost no color. In this case, such grapevine varieties as Riesling, Tokaj, Vernacha, Greco, Chardonnay, Muscat and others are used.

The assortment list of dry wines is divided into:

1. Ordinary. They are not maintained and are considered ready for use immediately after the remnants of yeast have been removed, the fermentation process is completely completed, filtration and clarification have been carried out.

2. Vintage. These drinks are aged for a certain period of more than one year. The production of these wines can be made from several or from one variety of grapes.

And, finally, collectible. These products are held in the wine store for many years.
